Luminous Hearts Member Agreement

Luminous Hearts is a Private Members Association providing education, resources, and tools to its members. It includes the projects: Nature’s Nectars, Love and Devotion, and Embrace Wellness Holistic Hubs.

Privacy Assurance:
Your privacy is a priority for Luminous Hearts. Your personal details are solely for internal use to maintain the integrity of our community.

Membership Pathway:
Membership starts with completing the registration form (providing your name and email) to receive your login and password. This process advises Luminous Hearts that you are agreeing to this Member Agreement.

General – $1.00 – this is a one-off payment; you are a lifetime General Member unless you resign your membership.

General Membership allows you access to our shop, to book consultations (at a separate fee) and to receive our regular updates, education, and access to our calendar of events.

Premium – $77.00 yearly subscription – this will get renewed yearly unless you resign your membership.

Premium Membership can be purchased once you are a lifetime General Member. You will have all the benefits of General Membership plus you will receive two in-depth one on one consultations (face to face or via Zoom) every twelfth month. You can book these sessions in by emailing us: luminoushearts@proton.me.

Platinum – $111.00 yearly subscription – this will get renewed yearly unless you resign your membership.

Platinum Membership can be purchased once you are a lifetime General Member. You will have all the benefits of General Membership plus you will receive four in-depth one on one consultations (face to face or via Zoom) every twelfth month. You can book these sessions in by emailing us: luminoushearts@proton.me.

The one-on-one in-depth consultations included with the Premium and Platinum Memberships are wellness coaching sessions working towards your health and wellness goals throughout the year.

A Premium Membership provides full access to all paid services and offerings, complimentary education library, and access to purchase all shop products and courses; as well as schedule one on one consultations (at the member rate).

If you wish to resign your Membership at any time, please notify us in writing. Upon resignation, access to all resources, gatherings, and community benefits will be suspended until such time as you may choose to re-join.

Confidentiality:

Please note:
1. You will be privy to confidential information that must remain within the confines of our community.
2. You agree to uphold strict confidentiality, not disclosing any information without written consent from Luminous Hearts.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding all confidential information to prevent unauthorized use and or sharing.
4. This Member Agreement is binding and integrated into your membership obligations.
5. The terms herein align with natural common law and the foundational principles of Luminous Hearts.
6. Reading this agreement is a testament to your commitment to our ethos.

Waiver of Responsibility:
Luminous Hearts, its team, consultants and facilitators, and Members are not responsible for any personal decisions or actions taken by its Members. The community acts as a platform for shared growth and learning, without imposing directives on personal choices. Luminous Hearts does not give medical or legal advice. All actions taken upon by its Members is at the Member’s discretion and individual responsibility. Luminous Hearts is an education platform and resource only.

The opinions and advice given by Luminous Hearts are based on information, personal experience and knowledge accumulated over many years and ARE NOT to be taken as advice. We only provide information/consultancy based on our personal experience as a consultation service.

Mutual Commitment to Do No Harm, Cause No Loss:

Luminous Hearts is committed to the principle of ‘Do No Harm, Cause No Loss, and expects the same from its members. This mutual understanding ensures that our interactions and transactions are conducted in a manner that is fair, ethical, and respectful, whilst maintain honour and integrity at all times. We aim to operate in a way that prevents harm or loss to our members, team, stakeholders, or the wider community.

Returns and Refund Policy:
All transactions are final unless there is an issue with the product. Returns must be received by Luminous Hearts within 7 days of purchase. Products cannot be returned due to change of mind. Membership Fees (General / Premium / Platinum) are non-refundable even if you cancel before the end of a twelve-month subscription period.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:
By finalising your Membership payment, you:

• Affirm your comprehension and acceptance of the terms, including the waiver of responsibility.
• Acknowledge the commitment to our shared confidentiality.
• Agree to the terms of membership and the procedures outlined herein.
• Recognize that your membership signifies a conscious choice to live in harmony with Luminous Hearts values.

Conclusion:
Your membership at Luminous Hearts represents a conscious choice to participate in a supportive, respectful, and confidential community. By finalizing your membership payment and sighting this agreement, you commit to our collective journey of intentional living. Please note that adherence to these policies ensures a smoother operation and allows us to better serve all our members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This Members Agreement is self-executing. However, if you wish to complete the declaration below, please do so below and return it to Luminous Hearts via email: luminoushearts@proton.me. It is not necessary. By simply sighting and reading this agreement, you are in agreeance with the terms.

As a member of Luminous Hearts, I agree to the following:

To not engage in, participate in, conspire to, or undertake any action or inaction, with the intent or intention to cause any harm, loss, damage or injury to others or property; and

To at all times live, operate and conduct myself in and with honour and integrity; and

For the purposes of this agreement, it is here now agreed upon by all parties involved, that a digital signature or autograph is deemed as the same as a wet ink signature or autograph and that a digital acknowledgment, or digital signature or autograph here now carries the same responsibilities and liabilities as a wet ink signature or autograph.
